How do you send the images?

I send the finished images through an online gallery, in which you can download them onto your phone and/or computer, individually or as a whole album. It is also super easy to share the gallery with your family & friends. Just send them the link and done!

Do we receive all the images you take?

I'm sorry, but not all. You seriously do NOT want all of the photos I take. I am an overshooter and take like over 200 photos per booking. I go through every single one and pick the best of the best and send as many as I can, deleting mid-blink shots, when you're in the middle of talking, not looking, etc.

How many photos can we expect?

It always depends. I don't have a set number, I try to send all, but again, if you're in the middle of talking, blinked, etc. I will not. As many as I can for sure! I know some will say 10 photos max, but I love options myself, so I'll make sure it is always more than that! I love it when my clients have a gallery they can scroll down and enjoy viewing, so I'd prefer all the good pics!

Will you give us the raw files?

I'd rather not, unless it's one-two photos, then sure, I can share. Photographers put hours and hours into learning to process their work in their OWN style.. If I gave out RAW files and someone else edited them, it wouldn't be my work anymore.

I lost my gallery link, my session was last year, what can I do?

No problem! I keep all galleries. I'd be happy to resend!

What is your turnaround time?

I try my absolute best to complete your online gallery within 5-7 days, however, with events or larger groups, it can take up to 1-3 weeks.

How do you get an upset child to calm down or feel comfortable during sessions?

That's a good question. Well, I am a mother of two so I am experienced hehe. But on a serious note, I always ask a parent their child's interest and favorite music and of course I'm willing to look silly, dance and sing to help out with their precious smiles for the pictures. When a child is having a meltdown, I will definitely offer a break for a snack, bathroom, a walk, etc. When I know a child will be included in a session, I add more time in case breaks are needed. I'm very patient and understanding. Pictures can be overwhelming for some children, but I try my best to accommodate them.

Do you offer album books?

For an additional price, of course, and if you would like to print yourself, I recommend printing at Costco, Staples or Walgreens - just make sure you turn their auto color correction off!

Do you travel?

For an additional price, why not!

What if you get sick or can't show up to our session for some reason?

If I'm in the ER, that's the only way I would cancel. Other than that, you can count on me! But if that were to happen, I would try my best to reschedule to a day that works for you! If a future date doesn't work for my client, then I would 100% refund the deposit back if cancellation is on me.

What is the process to move forward with a booking?

All I need to book your date is a signed contract and a deposit & we are all set!
